Monrovia Technology Campus Welcomes Terray Therapeutics
Avison Young has negotiated a 49,000 square foot lab/office lease on behalf of Terray Therapeutics within the Monrovia Technology Campus in Monrovia, CA. The biotechnology company propelling drug discovery into the information age, will dedicate roughly 3/4ths of the space for lab use and the remaining for office work.
Avison Young Principal Ted Simpson represented the tenant in the transaction. Said Simpson, “We are pleased to have successfully identified and negotiated an ideal lease on behalf of Terray Therapeutics. Lab space brings with it a significant number of intricacies and requirements and we were able to find a strategic fit at the Monrovia Technology Center.”
The biotech firm will relocate from its 7,500-square-foot space in Pasadena and arrive in Monrovia in early 2023. “This new space is the next step in our mission to bridge the gap between drug discovery and treatment,” said Terray Therapeutics CEO Jacob Berlin, PhD.
