Monogram Residential Sells 430 Units
Monogram Residential Trust sold the 430-unit, Class A Veritas Apartments in Henderson, NV. Farnam Realty Inc. acquired the seven-year-old complex at 3370 St. Rose Pkwy. in the affluent Las Vegas suburb. According to public records, the sales price was $76.5 million for the 18-acre property.
JLL’s John Cunningham and Charles Steele led the team that represented the seller.
Veritas Apartments, which was completed in 2010, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The complex features four swimming pools, a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue grills, a fitness center with a yoga room, and a clubhouse with gaming room and cyber café.
