Monday Properties Spends $146M on a Twofer of Northern VA Offices
Arlington- and NYC-based Monday Properties has acquired two Northern Virginia office buildings for a combined $145.6 million.
The larger at 300,000 square feet, Three Ballston Plaza in Arlington’s Rosslyn-Ballston corridor, was purchased for $118 million. The smaller at 184,000 square feet, 3141 Fairview Park in the Merrifield submarket of Fairfax County, was purchased for $27.6 million.
Monday Properties plans to capitalize on a significant opportunity to revitalize Three Ballston Plaza by delivering enhanced experiences that afford tenants a more optimal work environment.
