Monday Properties Moves to Renovated Park Avenue Tower

Monday Properties signed a new 15-year lease for 16,336 square feet of space at Park Avenue Tower, a 36-story luxury office tower at 65 E. 55th St. in Manhattan’s Plaza District.

Equity Office recently finished renovations including a new lobby, a reimagined plaza and “The Club,” a new 20,000-square-foot amenity space including a fitness facility with advanced wellness offerings, business lounge and conference center and food concept with a thoughtfully crafted menu.

“We recognized the opportunity to create a luxury office tower equipped with exclusive amenities,” said Zach Freeman, vice president of leasing for Equity Office, who with Scott Silverstein represented Equity in the transaction. Brian Waterman, Jared Horowitz, Ben Shapiro, Brent Ozarowski and Lance Korman of Newmark Knight Frank also represented  Equity.
