monday.com Subleases 110K SF of Buzzfeed Space

Savills represented monday.com, a work operating system, in a 110,000-square-foot sublease at 225 Park Ave. South. Subleasing space from Buzzfeed, the company will increase its existing footprint at 225 PAS as it rapidly scales its New York City operation.

“From the onset of the process, we understood that we needed to identify a space that adequately reflected monday.com’s brand and checked off all the boxes related to the company’s future business objectives,” said Kirill Azovtsev, executive managing director at Savills.

monday.com will be housed across floors 13 through 16 when it relocates to 225 PAS in September. The space includes multiple outdoor terraces, a kitchen, and a large interconnecting staircase allowing for easy travel between the floors the company will occupy.

A Savills team of Jim Wenk, Azovtsev, Allison Buck and Alex Redlus represented monday.com. Buzzfeed was represented by CBRE’s Jason Frazier, Jesse de la Rama and Christopher Mansfield.
