MONA Retail Leasing Agency Triples Office Footprint in Move to 477 Madison Ave.

Retail leasing and advisory firm MONA has leased 6,500 square feet of office space at RFR’s 477 Madison Ave. in Midtown Manhattan to accommodate its growing team. The new space triples MONA’s previous office footprint.

MONA co-founders Brandon L. Singer and Michael Cody said the MONA team was attracted to the 477 Madison location for its prime location across from St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the New York Palace Hotel, and its proximity to strong office-using corridors in Midtown Manhattan.

“We’re in the office constantly – the pandemic didn’t change that for us,” said Singer. “That commitment has been further sealed with our new digs at 51st and Madison, and we’re excited to be part of the ongoing office renaissance in the city.”

In addition, the MONA team is marketing the retail space adjacent to its new home at 477 Madison for lease.
