MONA Nabs Eric Le Goff from Cushman & Wakefield

MONA, a leasing and advisory firm, has hired Eric Le Goff as vice chairman and head of luxury. With over 25 years of experience in luxury retail, Le Goff began his career at Cushman & Wakefield’s Paris office in 1997 and arrived in New York City in 2001. He has represented major luxury brands such as LVMH, Kering, and Tiffany & Co. in site selection and leasing across North America.

Having advised and assisted retailers including Goyard, The Row, and Moynat in entering the United States retail market, Le Goff also has also acted as a strategic advisor to premium restaurant groups across key US markets.

Le Goff says MONA’s fresh approach to leasing retail real estate, strong support from commercial property leader RFR Holdings, and capable leadership from co-founders Brandon L. Singer and Michael Cody was what piqued his interest.
