MOM’s Organic Market to Open 11th MD Store

MOM’s Organic Market will open its first Anne Arundel County store and 11th in Maryland at Park Plaza. Located at 550 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, MD., the grocery chain signed a lease for 11,839 square feet, aiming for a late 2024 or early 2025 opening.

“After surveying the corridor, it became clear that Park Plaza is the main shopping hub in this section of Anne Arundel County and the obvious place to establish a presence in this fast-growing and highly-dense area,” said Amir Poustinchi, CFO of MOM’s Organic Markets. Scott Nash founded MOM’s Organic Market in his mother’s garage in 1987 and has grown the concept to nearly 25 locations in six states and the District of Columbia.

Cherene Keenan of CRC represented the Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, and Lee Engle of Engle Retail Advisors represented the tenant in this transaction.
