Molto Properties Scores Full-Building Lease at Columbus-Area Spec Industrial

Molto Properties secured a full-building lease with global third-party logistics company DB Schenker at Canal Pointe Building A, a 450,696-square-foot industrial building located at 7585 Robinett Way in Canal Winchester, OH. The lease brings the two-building speculative development to 55% leased.

“We’re thrilled to welcome DB Schenker to our recently completed Canal Pointe development” said VP Kevin Mohoney at Molto Properties. “The ability to secure a world-class tenant is further validation of the logistical and labor advantages that are afforded by this prime distribution location.”

Totaling 825,322 square feet, Canal Pointe offers frontage along US-33 and is less than 15 minutes from I-270/I-70 and less than 20 minutes from Rickenbacker International Airport and Downtown Columbus. Building B, totaling 374,626 square feet, remains available for immediate occupancy.

The lease was facilitated by CBRE vice chairman Michael Mullady, who represented Molto, and CBRE EVP Jeff Lyons, who represented DB Schenker.
