Molto Hires Mohoney as Central Region VP

Kevin Mohoney has joined Molto Properties as VP | Central Region. Based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, Mohoney will focus on sourcing and executing new development and investment opportunities in the Central Region of the United States, markets including Chicagoland, Indianapolis, Louisville, Nashville, Cincinnati and Columbus.

Mohoney joins from Transwestern Development, where he spent five years on sourcing and underwriting new development opportunities in the Midwest, engaging capital partners, overseeing project development and leases, as well as managing disposition efforts.

He has been actively involved in the successful development of more than four million square feet of industrial projects. Prior to that, Mohoney spent several years working in finance for global investment companies.

“Kevin brings an interesting and diverse background that we feel will make him an excellent leader at Molto as we continue to grow throughout the region and venture into new markets,” said managing principal Todd Naccarato.
