Molto Continues Inland Empire Expansion with Spec Development
Oakbrook Terrace, IL-based Molto Properties acquired an 8.50-acre land site in Fontana with plans to develop a 190,554-square-foot Class A speculative industrial building. The facility at Slover Avenue and Cypress Avenue will feature 36-foot clear heights, modern LED lighting and an ESFR fire protecting sprinkler system.
Molto Properties’ Mike Powers says, “The Western submarket of the Inland Empire continues to be one of the strongest submarkets in the U.S., and we believe in the continued demand from tenants. We are excited to increase our exposure into this dynamic market.”
Molto partnered again with LDC Industrial Realty to obtain the entitlements.
Colliers International’s Kevin McKenna will lead the leasing efforts for this project at Slover Gateway Commerce Center in Fontana. The deal is Molto’s third transaction since July 2018 in California’s Inland Empire.
