Molson Coors has signed a long-term office lease of nearly 84,000 square feet at BMO Tower in Chicago for its Americas headquarters

Molson Coors Comes to BMO Tower with 84K-SF Lease

Riverside Investment and Development and partner Convexity Properties signed Molson Coors Beverage Company to a long-term, 83,848-square-foot lease at 320 South Canal—BMO Tower. The world’s fifth-largest brewer anticipates moving its Americas headquarters from 250 S. Wacker Dr. when the lease commences in summer 2024.

“We are very pleased with the activity at 320 as we continue to see significant demand for the property,” said Riverside EVP Rafael Carreira. “Building location and daily conveniences continue to guide decision making as companies reassess space needs post pandemic. Cheers to Molson Coors.”

Molson Coors’ new home allows for more collaboration, with an open concept and meeting spaces spread across the three dedicated floors connected by an internal staircase.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Gautreau, Nick Pavlakovich, Dan Maslauski and Michael Sessa represented Molson Coors. Riverside was represented in-house by Drew Nieman and Christy Domin.
