The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Mojave Self Storage

Mojave Self Storage Facility Changes Hands

Real estate investment services firm The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of Mojave Self Storage, a 15,000-square-foot storage facility located in Mojave, CA.

Keith Phillips, Senior Investment Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Encino, CA office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a California-based LLC. Mojave Self Storage consists of 143 units and features an electronic gate with keyless entry, managers apartment and onsite leasing office. It is located adjacent to the Mojave Air & Virgin Space Port complex.

“The partnership purchased the asset eight years ago, and they are excited about their return and plan to exchange into a larger asset,” said Phillips in a news release.
