The Moinian Group has signed Northwell Health to a full floor of office space at Plaza 57 Medical in Midtown Manhattan

Moinian Signs Northwell Health to Full-Floor Space at Plaza 57 Medical

The Moinian Group has completed a 12,000-square-foot lease at its Plaza 57 Medical with a single medical practice group, with the Northwell Health group taking the entire 10th floor. Located at 115 E. 57th St., Plaza 57 Medical is a 16-story office building in Midtown Manhattan.

“Northwell Health is New York State’s largest employer and a tremendous addition to our roster of tenants at Plaza 57 Medical,” said Ted Koltis, EVP of commercial leasing for The Moinian Group. “They were looking for turnkey space in Midtown Manhattan to provide easy and convenient access to their staff.”

He added that the tenant was drawn to recent upgrades to Plaza 57 Medical, including a new lobby entrance on East 58th Street which adheres to standards established by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Paul Wexler, Josef Yadgarov and Elliot Dennis of Wexler Healthcare Properties represented both the tenant and ownership.
