Moinian Markets Luxury Rentals in Bed-Stuy

The Moinian Group is bringing to market Fulton Crossing, a new ground-up luxury residential project made up of two buildings located at 1430 Fulton St. and 293 Herkimer St. in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.

The project includes 133 high-end residential units encompassing 133,000 square feet on 14 floors, offering studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Tenant occupancy is anticipated by early spring and requests for tours have already begun.

“The Moinian Group has always loved Manhattan and now we have fallen in love with Brooklyn,” said Moinian Group principal Mitchell Moinian. “In addition to PLG, Fulton Crossing is our second luxury rental in Brooklyn.”

Located a block from the Atlantic Avenue corridor, Fulton Crossing also includes some 12,000 square feet of retail space at the base. The Moinian Group is actively pursuing a food and beverage tenant to anchor the space.
