Moinian Group Signs Three New Tenants at 72 Madison Ave.

The Moinian Group has signed 16,000 square feet of new office leases at 72 Madison Ave. in Midtown South. The leases are as follows:

  • DirectBooks signed a lease for the entire eleventh floor. DirectBooks was represented by RDE Advisors. The Moinian Group was represented in-house by Gregg Weisser, executive managing director of commercial and retail real estate.
  • Oso Security signed a lease for the entire second floor. Resolution Real Estate Partners represented Oso. The Moinian Group was represented by Newmark.
  • Doing Things, an online audio and video company, signed a renewal for the entire fifth floor. CB Commercial Real Estate represented Doing Things. The Moinian Group was represented by Weisser.

“72 Madison Ave. is a state-of-the-art building in the premier location of Midtown South, and we are proud to continue to see new leases and renewals coming to fruition at the building,” said Weisser. “Our recent success has been largely driven by our ability to provide flexible lease terms and the excellent prebuilt spaces, which we recently debuted at the property.”
