Moinian Group, Bushburg Launch BK Resi Development

The Moinian Group and Bushburg have launched leasing at the 320-unit residential component of the Empire State Dairy Company site project in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Move-ins are set to begin in early March at The Highland, offering a multifamily housing option in the neighborhood.

The 370,000-square-foot, 14-story residential tower will feature a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, along with ground-floor commercial space and an on-site charter school. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, co-working space, tenant lounge, children’s playroom, and on-site parking. The project also includes adaptive reuse elements for the historic Empire State Dairy complex.

“The Highland will offer a new and elevated experience to the quickly developing Cypress Hills market,” said Ford Sypher, COO of Bushburg. “These apartments will enjoy close proximity to Highland Park and are a stone’s throw away from some of New York’s most popular beaches.”
