Mohr Partners Adds Marona to Lead New Seattle Office

Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory and outsourcing services firm, has continued its U.S. expansion by adding commercial real estate veteran Spencer Marona to its Seattle team.

A Seattle native, Marona will serve as Mohr Partners’ market leader and broker of record for Washington previously worked with Cresa’s local affiliate, Flinn Ferguson. He also previously served as a market leader for Marcus & Millichap.

“We have a significant number of our 300 existing US national clients who lease or own corporate real estate in the Seattle area and Spencer’s strong understanding of the local commercial real estate markets make him an ideal transaction professional to execute their transaction,” said Robert Shibuya, Mohr Partners Chairman and CEO.

Mohr Partners has announced in just the last 18 months new offices in Reno, Raleigh-Durham, Phoenix, and Cleveland. The firm now has 24 offices in all major US markets coast-to-coast.
