Mohr Capital Sells 1M-SF Industrial Facility Near Indianapolis

Mohr Capital announced the sale of Lot 6, a 1,057,350-square-foot industrial facility within Mohr Logistics Park in Whiteland, Indiana. Terms of the transaction and the buyer are not publicly disclosed.

Located at 5741 North Graham Road, approximately 20 miles south of Indianapolis, Lot 6 offers modern bulk warehouse space with 40-foot clear heights designed to accommodate large-scale industrial users. The property, currently occupied by Cummins, underscores its ability to support the operational needs of major industrial tenants. Mohr Capital will retain ownership of the remainder of Mohr Logistics Park and continue its long-term investment in the development.

Lot 6 is part of Mohr Logistics Park, Mohr Capital’s master-planned industrial development in Whiteland. Covering approximately 475 acres, the park is strategically located along the I-65 corridor and was master planned for nearly 7 million square feet of industrial space.
