MODLOCK Leases Pasadena Space for Showroom

Home security and safety company MODLOCK has signed a 1,680-square-foot retail lease at 15 E. Holly St. in Pasadena. The new space will provide an experiential showroom for the company, which is a licensed dealer for Liberty Safe, Alarm.com, Google Home and other brands.

JLL’s Houman Mahboubi and Marisa Renfro represented MODLOCK in leasing negotiations.  The landlord was represented by Hoss MacVaugh of MacVaugh & Company.

“As the only Liberty Safe exclusive safe dealer in Southern California, MODLOCK wanted to open a showroom that had access to multiple transportation corridors and neighboring communities,” said Mahboubi.  “The company likes the visibility this property provided.”

Added MODLOCK CEO Frank Renfro, “MODLOCK is planning to build out a region-wide retail footprint with robust service companies to support the retail units.”
