Modera at Katy Trail Taking In First Tenants

Mill Creek Residential has completed construction of Modera at Katy Trail, a 217-unit multifamily project on McKinney Avenue in Uptown Dallas. The high-rise apartment community is located at the edge of Highland Park and just north of the Knox District. The ambitious project has 14 floors with a penthouse level that offers a canopy club with private dining, wine and whiskey bar, and wine storage. Residents also have access to digital package lockers, loaner bikes, dedicated bike storage, and a hotel-inspired lobby with co-working spaces.

Community amenities include a landscaped rooftop pool deck facing Downtown Dallas, a barbecue area with picnic tables, piano lounge, fitness center, and resident clubhouse. The community also features a coffee bar, conference room and a dedicated dog run and a pet spa.
