Modeling Agency Takes Full Floor in West Chelsea

JLL completed a 9,000-square-foot lease at the newly redeveloped 555 W. 25th St. with DNA Model Management LLC, a leading modeling agency representing top supermodels. The tenant signed a lease for the entire penthouse floor of the six-story property.

555 W. 25th is located in the West Chelsea Art District. Property owners Mactaggart Family & Partners and Rigby Management LLC have recently transformed the building with all-new systems, including a new elevator cab with artwork, infrastructure, lobby, Italian Poliform kitchens, security and multiple high-end pre-built units.

Mactaggart Family & Partners and Rigby Management were represented by JLL SVP Brett Harvey and associate VP Kyle Riker. Harvey and Riker are currently marketing two pre-built units at the property.

“This is an ideal property for creative tenants who appreciate the distinct energy and sophisticated artistic environment of West Chelsea,” said Harvey.
