Model Home Park Coming to Parkland Village
A new model home park is on tap for the Bridgeland master-planned community in Cypress, TX, in the northwest Houston metro. The park is being situated in Parkland Village, the newest neighborhood in the Howard Hughes Corp.’s 11,000-acre Bridgeland.
The locale will feature more than 20 model homes from builders including Beazer Homes, Lennar Homes and Perry Homes. The goal of the park is to give home buyers a chance to actually view the homes, before they purchase them. The park is anticipated to be operational in spring 2018.
Meanwhile, construction has launched on the Parkland Village activity center. The 50-acre center will offer tennis courts, a swimming pool, an events hall, and nearby dog park. Parkland Village will encompass 1,200 acres on buildout, including 350 acres of parks, lakes and trails. Bridgeland, itself, is on Fry Road, south of U.S. 290.
