MODEC moves US HQ to 15375 Memorial Park I

MODEC Moves US HQ to Houston’s West Memorial Place I

MODEC International, Inc. and its SOFEC subsidiary, has moved its headquarters from one Houston office building to another. The company moved its US HQ from 15011 Katy Freeway to a 116,000 square foot lease at the West Memorial Place I building at 15375 Memorial Drive. The landlord was represented by Johnny Knight, Stewart Smith and Aaron Ander of Fuller Realty. MODEC and SOFEC was represented by David Carter and Jay Kyle of Colliers. 

MODEC, is a global supplier and operator of offshore floating systems, and SOFEC (majority owned by MODEC), an advanced supplier of mooring and fluid transfer systems for offshore energy companies. MODEC is a $3 billion company based in Japan.

West Memorial Place was developed by Skanska in 2015. Located in the center of Houston’s Energy Corridor, West Memorial Place provides easy access to Interstate 10 and other major traffic roadways. Its highly visible yet private feel provides a campus and park-setting atmosphere on 12 acres.
