Mobile Testing Platform Waldo Comes to East Williamsburg’s The Breeze

The Hudson Companies Inc. secured a five-year year, 3,600-square foot lease with Waldo, a mobile testing app platform at The Breeze, a 100,000-square-foot creative class office building at 315 Meserole St. in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Ben Waller and Anthony Diorio of ABS Partners Real Estate represented the Hudson Companies and Will McGowan of Squarefoot represented Waldo.

Founded in 2018 and based in East Williamsburg, Waldo is reportedly the world’s first no code-mobile testing platform. Waldo will move into a designed space on the Breeze complex’s second floor.

“Waldo is a forward-thinking company that solves a need for up-and-coming app developers in the technology sector,” said Ben Waller, a partner at ABS. “We’re thrilled to welcome Waldo to the Breeze with a newly designed space surrounded by other innovative businesses at the property.”
