Mobil Station in Colton Sells to Private Investor

Progressive Real Estate Partners closed the $5,200,000 sale of a Mobil Gas Station, convenience store and Express Car Wash at 130 West Valley Blvd in Colton. The purchase included both the business and the real estate.

Victor Buendia, SVP of gas station and car wash sales, represented both parties. The seller was an Inland Empire-based private party who owned the property for 30-plus years. The buyer, also an Inland Empire-based private investor, plans to renovate the convenience store and introduce other tactics to improve the overall customer experience.

“Gas stations provide vital services that are always in demand and well-located properties, especially those that are freeway adjacent, continue to drive significant interest,” said Buendia. “The buyer is looking forward to implementing upgrades to help grow the business and build on its success.”

The property includes the Mobil station with 16 gas/diesel fueling positions, express car wash and an approximately 924-square-foot Mobil Mart convenience store selling a variety of grab-and-go snacks.
