MOB Chock Full of Clinical Tenants Sells for $7M in Douglasville
CBRE has completed the $7.2-million sale of 6025 Professional Parkway, a three-story medical office building in Douglasville, GA.
Lee Asher, Chris Bodnar, Jordan Selbiger, Ryan Lindsley, Sabrina Solomiany, Zack Holderman and Jesse Greshin with CBRE represented the seller, Georgia-based Valsad Properties.
This 21,535-square-foot building is located on the campus of Wellstar Douglas Hospital, a 102-bed acute-care facility located 20 miles west of downtown Atlanta. It is 97% leased to six clinical tenants.
Village Medical, a national healthcare provider with over 200 locations, anchors the building, comprising approximately 41 percent of the rentable area for a primary care practice with five providers. Other specialties offered at the property include diagnostic imaging, orthopedics, pulmonology, nephrology and sleep medicine.
“This transaction exemplifies investor preference for on-campus medical office product,” said Selbiger. “We were able to exceed our client’s pricing expectations through an abbreviated marketing process that brought in offers from multiple qualified investors.”
