Mo Beler Joins JLL

Financing expert Mo Beler has joined JLL as a managing director of the New York Capital Markets team.

“Mo’s expertise and experience will be an asset to our clients,” said Peter Riguardi, chairman and president of JLL’s Tri-State Region.

Beler specializes in sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and structuring multi-sector investments across the capital stack. Prior to joining JLL, Beler was principal and head of investments at Innovo Property Group. Before that, he was a vice president with Rockwood Capital, where he directed the acquisition of residential, office, retail, hotel and development-related projects in New York and Florida.
