MMGY Relocates Within KC Area to Overland Park MXU

MMGY Global, reportedly the world’s largest integrated marketing company specializing in travel, tourism and hospitality, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Kansas City, MO to Overland Park, KS. JLL arranged a 32,000-square-foot lease for MMGY at The Edison District mixed-use complex in Overland Park.

“As MMGY Global continues to grow and strengthen its position as the global leader in travel, tourism and hospitality marketing, this new, modern office solution will provide the space and environment to foster creativity and maximize opportunities for their employees,” said JLL’s RJ Trowbridge. “The Edison District offers an ideal blend of large floor plates, amenities, both on-site and nearby, and convenient accessibility for their employees.”

Trowbridge and colleague Larry Glaze represented MMGY in site selection and leasing negotiations. Ownership was advised by AREA Real Estate’s Tim Schaffer.

JLL was also recently selected to market MMGY’s existing single-tenant building lease in Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza.
