MMCC Secures 10-Year Acquisition Loan for Fremont Red Lobster
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) arranged a $4,582,500 acquisition loan for the purchase of a retail property occupied by Red Lobster and located at 39401 Fremont Blvd. in Fremont. Ron Balys, SVP, capital markets, based in MMCC’s Orange County office secured the financing.
“Though current market conditions are still turbulent, we were able to secure favorable terms for our client,” said Balys. “Aligning all parties in this market can be challenging, but with our proven relationships, we were able to close with seamless execution.”
Terms of the 10-year loan include a five-year CMT with a spread of 2.5% and a 5.55% interest rate, followed by 30-year amortization and a 65% LTV.
