MMCC Names Michael Coffee as Director in Portland

Commercial real estate finance solutions company, Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), has named Michael Coffee as Director, Capital Markets in its Portland, OR office. In his new role, Coffee will be responsible for originating and securing commercial debt and equity for a variety of property types.

“I am thrilled to join the growing capital markets team,” said Coffee in a news release. “MMCC’s client-centric focus aligns well with my values and experience. I am eager to collaborate with the highly talented agents in Portland and throughout the firm.”

Over his 20 years of experience, including his previous role as Capital Advisor at StackSource, Coffee has developed relationships with commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies and hard money lenders.

“Michael’s breadth of experience makes him a perfect addition to the Portland office,” said MMCC SVP John Manning. “We are confident he will make an immediate contribution and are excited to welcome him to the team.”
