MMCC Arranges Financing for Spring Valley Industrial

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) recently arranged $7.3 million in financing for a 70,380-square-foot industrial property located at 2780 Via Orange Way in Spring Valley. The property is currently occupied by a petroleum products company and an equipment manufacturer.

Kevin Elliott, senior director in MMCC’s Orange County office, secured five-year financing with a local bank on behalf of a private client. Additional terms include a 6.25% interest rate with a 25-year amortization period and a 65% loan-to-value.

“The property’s stable occupancy and positioning within the San Diego MSA enabled us to secure favorable terms that support our client’s investment strategy over the long term,” said Elliott.

Don’t Miss Carter Andrus, Chief Operating Officer of Prologis, as the keynote interview at Connect Industrial Midwest.— taking place Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL.
