Marcus & Millichap has arranged a sale of a portfolio comprising four buildings in New York, totaling 109,157 square feet, for $12.6 million.

The portfolio includes three adjacent buildings on 140th Street between Adam Clayton Powell Blvd and Frederick Douglass Blvd, and one building on the corner of Adam Clayton Powell and 140th Street. In total, the properties encompass 113 units, ranging from two to five bedrooms, along with eight retail storefronts at 2394 Adam Clayton Powell. The portfolio is situated near Strivers Row, St. Nicholas Park, and City College.
