ML Realty Puts Shannon in Charge of Chicagoland Deals

Patrick Shannon (pictured) has been promoted to SVP at ML Realty Partners from VP. In his new role, Shannon will lead the leasing and acquisition efforts for ML Realty in the Chicagoland market.

“Patrick’s leadership and execution continue to produce profitable long-term growth for our company,” said CEO Ryan Hesch. “His passion for industrial real estate has been instrumental in growing the company to one of the top landlords in the Central United States.”

Headquartered in Itasca, IL, ML is active both in the Chicago market and Dallas. Earlier this month, the firm acquired a 185,220-square-foot industrial building in Dallas’ Brookhollow submarket. The facility at 7601 Ambassador Row is 100% leased by two long-term tenants, Leonard Mobility and Hobi International Inc.
