ML Realty Promotes Three in Itasca HQ

ML Realty Partners recently promoted John Benson, Shari Crivello and Matt Novak. Benson was promoted to senior director of development, Crivello was promoted to senior director and Novak was promoted to leasing manager at the Itasca, IL-based owner-developer.

Since joining ML Realty in 2016, Benson’s industrial market experience and passion for the company have been great contributors to his success. Crivello, who joined the firm in 2010, has been an important part of shaping many functions inside the company.

Novak joined ML Realty in 2015. He will oversee the leasing efforts within the firm’s Chicagoland portfolio. 

“These three individuals have performed at a very high level since joining our company,” said Ryan Hesch, CEO of ML Realty. “We look forward to them playing a major role in our firm’s future growth.”
