ML Realty Promotes Ken Lavand to Senior Financial Analyst

Ken Lavand has been promoted to senior financial analyst at ML Realty Partners. Since joining the Itasca, IL-based investment firm in 2017, Lavand has applied his financial and business expertise to strengthen the company’s valuation and acquisition efforts. 

“Ken’s strong financial background has been truly meaningful for our firm,” said Shari Crivello, senior director of ML Realty Partners. “His analytical and forecasting strengths have supported ML Realty Partners in expanding our portfolio of properties while continuing to deliver high levels of care and determination in his work.”

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
