ML Realty Partners Reaches Full Lease-Up at Bensenville Industrial
ML Realty Partners’ 1401 Devon Ave. in Bensenville, IL has been fully leased by DSV Air & Sea, Inc., which will occupy the 307,378-square-foot building upon the facility’s completion in spring 2023. The adjacent 297,238 square foot building at 1301 Devon Avenue was leased by Apex Logistics International, Inc. last winter.
With this transaction, ML Realty’s new, two-building, 604,616-square-foot industrial development at the southwest corner of Busse Road and Devon Avenue is now fully leased. The two 40-foot-clear, free-standing industrial buildings are in DuPage County, less than half a mile north of I-390.
