ML Realty Nabs Ambassador Row Property

ML Realty Partners acquired a 185,220-square-foot industrial building in the Brookhollow submarket of Dallas, TX. The facility at 7601 Ambassador Row is 100% leased by two long-term tenants, Leonard Mobility and Hobi International Inc. The seller was listed as FESI Ambassador Row LP of Addison, TX, which owned the asset since early 2017.

“The functionality and proximity to the Dallas CBD and the Design District are just a few of the attributes that make this asset a great long-term investment for ML Realty Partners,” said Matthew G. Smith, vice president of ML Realty Partners.

The submarket is northwest of Dallas’ CBD.
