ML Realty Extends Fort Worth Lease with Amcor

Amcor Rigid Plastics USA has extended its 269,388-square-foot lease at ML Realty Partners’ 4100 Fleetwood Rd. in Fort Worth. Headquartered in Plymouth, MI, the company also has a manufacturing facility in Paris, TX.

Matthew Smith, ML Realty VP, said, “We are pleased to continue our relationship with Amcor as they have benefited from the building’s central location within the Metroplex.”

David Stechly and Greg Kloiber of Campio represented the tenant in the transaction.
