ML Realty Completes Septet of Industrial Leases Across Region

ML Realty Partners has completed nearly one million square feet in recent Chicagoland industrial lease transactions as follows: 

· Vanderlande Industries’ new 35,170-square-foot lease, 2301 Greenleaf Ave., Elk Grove Village. 

· Learjet’s 333,988-square-foot renewal, 251 Wille Road, Des Plaines. 

· Sabert Corporation’s 180,417-square-foot renewal and 208,983-square-foot expansion, 1401 N. Cicero, Chicago 

· Tawi USA’s renewal of 19,117 square feet and expansion of 16,906 square feet, 380 Internationale Blvd., Bolingbrook. 

· Specialty Store Services’ new 62,800-square-foot lease, 1905 S. Mount Prospect Rd., Des Plaines. 

· Supply Chain Solutions’ new 80,062-square-foot lease, 14555 S. Gougar Rd., Lockport. 

· Custom Plastics’ new lease signing of 14,140 square feet, 300 County Line Rd., Bensenville.
