ML Realty's Heritage Crossing, a 2.5-million-square-foot business park in Lockport, IL, is now 100% leased

ML Realty Brings Lockport Business Park to 100% Leased

With two recently signed, full-building leases, ML Realty Partners’ 2.5-million-square-foot Heritage Crossing in Lockport, IL is now fully occupied. LG Electronics expanded within the park, signing a new lease for 542,806 square feet, while Pitney Bowes Global Logistics signed a new lease for 363,224 square feet.

“With the final building being completed in the fall of 2020, Heritage Crossing is the culmination of years of planning and development and was the first business park developed along I-355 in Lockport,” said leasing manager Matt Novak. “Due to the state-of-the-art construction and outstanding location immediately off 355, this first-class business park has proven to be a desired home for many top corporations.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s James Frank and Jason West represented LG Electronics. CBRE’s Mike Cook and David Prell represented Pitney Bowes. NAI Hiffman’s Dan Leahy, Mark Moran, and John Whitehead represented ML Realty on all eight of the park’s buildings.
