ML Realty Adds to Portfolio with Central DuPage Industrial

ML Realty Partners has acquired 31 S. Mitchell Ct., a 55,120 square foot industrial building in Addison, IL, within the Central DuPage County submarket. Deal terms were not disclosed.

Justin Lerner and Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented the seller, and will also be responsible for leasing the building for ML Realty. Immediately available for occupancy, the free-standing property benefits from immediate access to Interstate 355 at Army Trail Road.

“We continue to see strong demand for well-located, highly functional buildings like 31 South Mitchell,” said ML Realty VP Craig Phillips. “With this acquisition, we’re thrilled to add another outstanding long-term asset to our Chicago portfolio.”
