ML Leases 68K SF to Shipping Tenant

ML Realty Partners has added Bestway Transport, Inc. to its tenant roster. Bestway Transport has leased 67,932 square feet of warehouse space at 888 Central Ave. in Wood Dale, IL.

“ML Realty Partners is thrilled to welcome one of Chicagoland’s leading freight shipping and trucking companies to our building,” said SVP Patrick Shannon. “We are delighted that the property’s strong location benefits our client’s relocation.”

The property’s location to O’Hare International Airport, IL 390 and I-290 are among the factors that helped Bestway choose this site, according to ML Realty.

Chris Nelson of Lee & Associates represented Bestway. A Colliers International team of Tom Rodeno, Matthew Stauber and Pat Turner represented ML Realty in the transaction.
