Miznon, Poke Bowl Sign New Leases at 1410 Broadway
LH Charney has announced three new lease agreements at 1410 Broadway in Times Square, totaling over 7,000 square feet. Miznon, an Israeli cuisine restaurant, and Poke Bowl, a Hawaiian fast-casual restaurant, will be new tenants, while Pret a Manger has renewed its lease.
The new leases bring full occupancy to LH Charney’s Broadway portfolio’s retail space. The neighboring 1441 Broadway also achieved full occupancy in its retail space in 2022. LH Charney recently completed a capital improvement program at 1410 Broadway, including renovations of the lobby, common areas, restrooms, and elevators.
Bob Gibson, Davie Berke, and Alexandra Sanoulis of JLL represented ownership in all transaction. Miznon was represented by the same JLL team, with Kim Levandovsky of Retail by Mona representing Poke Bowl, and the Newmark team of Ariel Schuster, Jackie Totolo, and Michael Paster representing Pret A Manger.
