Bronx Mixed-Use Property Changes Hand 

Ariel Property Advisors has announced the sale of an affordable multifamily and commercial property at 950 Westchester Avenue in Longwood, Bronx for $19.1 million. The names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed. 

The 12-story building spans 160,000 square feet and includes 111 residential units, a community facility with seven office units, and two retail units. The property benefits from tax abatements through the ICIP and 421a programs. 

An Ariel team led by Victor Sozio, Jason Gold, Howard Raber, Shimon Shkury, and Daniel Mahfar represented the seller.
