Mixed-Use Project Proposed in Woodland Hills

Majestic Asset Management is proposing a 369,000-square-foot mixed-use project in the Woodland Hills neighborhood, pending city approval. The plan is to replace a a two-story office building the firm already owns with a 19-story office building, 170 residential units and a small amount of retail.

The development, in the Warner Center Business Park, would fit in with the area’s Warner Center 2035 plan, which aims to bring an additional 42,000 residents and 49,000 jobs to the area and would divide the neighborhood into eight different districts.

The first phase of Majestic’s proposal would have a 193,000-square-foot building for the residential units, as well as restaurant space. The second phase is the 166,000-square-foot office, with ground-floor retail and dining.

How do you think a project like this would fare in Woodland Hills?
