Mixed-Use Owned by San Francisco Tech CEO Comes to Market
Colliers has listed what the firm describes as an architecturally unique mixed-use building situated in the Duboce Triangle neighborhood of San Francisco. SVP Darren Kuiper and EVP Tony Crossley are representing ownership. Built in 1919, the property features barrel vault ceilings along with exposed concrete and structural elements adding to its appeal, according to Colliers.
Currently it’s demised into two distinct spaces: 67 Belcher, an 8,375-square-foot residence with five beds and four baths; and 69 Belcher, a 10,625-square-foot artist/studio space. The property was formerly owned by a notable San Francisco tech CEO who secured approvals to transform it into a single-family residence. It’s now entitled for multifamily development.
“The asset is centrally located in one of San Francisco’s best neighborhoods and within walking distance to parks, cafes, and restaurants,” Kuiper said. “There is nothing else on the market at this scale and value in this quality of a location.”
