Mixed-Use Development in Henrico Switches Owners for $31M

Colliers has facilitated the sale of GreenGate, a 96,745-square-foot mixed-use development in Henrico, VA, for $31 million. The property sits on West Broad Street in the heart of the Short Pump market.

Colliers’ SVPs  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the seller, GreenGate Commercial. The buyer was DK Greengate, LLC.
