Mixed-Use Building Coming to Leander
Method Architecture and Pohl Partners Real Estate are combining forces to develop a four-story office and retail building in Leander, TX. Upon delivery in summer 2020, the 46,541-square-foot building will be the first vertically-integrated mixed-use structure in this far north Austin suburb.
Located on SH 183, between Metro Road and San Gabriel Parkway, the development will feature ground-floor retail, three levels of office space, and a 5,133-square-foot rooftop patio for tenant use and rentable event space.
“With the booming residential growth in Leander, there is a high demand for a project such as this,” said Pohl Partners’ Jennifer Pohl Jensen. “We are actively pursuing tenants, and look forward to bringing new retailers and office users to the Leander community.”
In addition to Method Architecture, the design team consists of Kimley-Horn (Civil), Hitchcock Design Group (Landscape), Henderson Engineers (MEP), and Dally + Associates (Structural). Burton Construction is the general contractor.
