Mixed-Use Beaumont Portfolio Trades with Upside on Rents

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 17-property multifamily and retail portfolio in Beaumont. The assets sold for a total of $13,550,000.

“Through our unique marketing platform, we generated an all-cash sale with a 14-day close of escrow,” said Doug McCauley, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Inland Empire office. McCauley, David Covarrubias, and Steve Bogoyevac, investment specialists in the firm’s Inland Empire and South Bay offices, respectively, marketed the property on behalf of the undisclosed seller.

The portfolio includes apartments, mixed-use properties, retail and land. The new owner will capitalize on the significant upside in rents that the portfolio offers, maximizing cash flow and unlocking additional value.
